Effective Date: Jan 5th, 2023The PV Rewards Program, is the rewards and recognition program owned and operated by Pick Vapes Canada, referred to in these Terms and Conditions as “The Company” or “we” or “our” or “us”. The “Effective Date” shown above is the date upon which these Terms and Conditions come into force. These Terms and Conditions will remain in force until such time as new Terms and Conditions supersede these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions replace any and all Terms and Conditions that we may have provided to you and govern your ongoing participation as a member of the PV Rewards Program. By accessing or participating in PV Rewards, you agree to be bound by these terms and all terms incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or participate in the PV Rewards Program.
You agree that we may provide updates, notices, disclosures and amendments to these Terms and Conditions, and other information relating to the PV Rewards Program by electronic means, including posting such information and materials online at https://www.pickvapes.com
Section 1 – Membership Eligibility and Overview
The PV Rewards Program is a free Loyalty Program offered by Pick Vapes to its customers located in Canada. Membership in the Program is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. You must be over the age of majority in your respective jurisdiction and a legal resident of Canada to be eligible for Membership.
To join the Program, visit one of Pick Vapes participating retail locations or www.PickVapes.com and follow the prompts to create an account. You will be required to provide the following information:
- Full legal name as it appears on your government issued identification
- Valid email address
Section 2 - Earning PV Rewards Points
You can earn PV Rewards points by making merchandise purchases at participating Pick Vapes Store retail locations in Canada, or from www.PickVapes.com in the following way:
- Sign-up: Earn 2000 PV Points. Sign-up NOW!
- Shop and Earn: Earn 25 PV Points for every $1 spent.
- Referrals: Refer your friends, they will get $5 off discount and you will get $5 off discount too after they make a purchase. ($50 spend minimum)
- Write a review and get rewards: write your review on Google Maps or PickVapes.com and get 2000 PV Points. See more details here.
- Follow our Social: From the reward panel follow instagram earn 2000 PV Points.
Section 3 - Redeem PV Rewards Points
- $5 off discount = 5000 PV Points
- $12 off discount = 10000 PV Points
- $25 off discount = 18000 PV Points
- $40 off discount = 25000 PV Points
- $15 Free shipping coupon = 10000 PV Points
Log into your account and click on the Rewards launcher(lower right corner).
Getting the referral URL to share with friends.
Similarly, a Program Member can click on the Rewards launcher to copy their referral URL to share with their friends.
How do I redeem my Reward Points?
Log into your account and click on the Rewards launcher. Scroll down and click All Rewards. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward code. Apply the code and you will see the discount at the checkout page.
How to apply a reward discount code when a volume discount has been applied?
Our platform does not allow multiple discounts at the checkout page, however you can apply up to one coupon code per order even if you already have a volume discount.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
Can I use multiple Reward codes for one order?
No. Only one reward code can be applied to a single order at a time.
Why did my account balance go down?
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.
I completed an activity but didn't earn points!
It can sometimes take a few minutes to process your activity and provide your points.
Can I use my points during checkout?
Not directly - please redeem your points for a reward code which can then be applied during checkout.
How do I leave the program?
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
What happens if I leave and decide to join again?
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
